Megan Karsh

Megan applies lessons from international peace building to supporting executives and teams on collaboration, leadership, and power dynamics in everyday work culture. She’s an expert in identity-based conflict and developed her approach while working on conflict transformation & institution-building in Afghanistan, Iraq, Rwanda, Mali, Syria and elsewhere for the UN and teaching negotiations at Stanford. Clients include executives and teams at Google, Slack, Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and universities. Megan has been interviewed by Forbes, Refinery29, The Modern Guide to Equality, and Women of Silicon Valley about culture, power, and equity.
